JDI prides itself on its people. With expertise, knowledge and understanding, the team offers a friendly and approachable service to all its clients. JDI has experienced specialists who will ensure that each project is delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality.
Along with the direct workforce at JDI, there is also an approved suppliers list comprising of subcontractors, which are regularly assessed for competence and suitability.
JDI maintains high standards of supply chain management, from identifying vendors through appointment, to issue of orders and monitoring of performance thereafter. Specific quality control procedures exist within the Business Management System, to ensure the provision of goods and services meet the standards set by JDI, to establish mechanisms that allow accurate financial governance of each project, and to monitor the quality of output on site to satisfy clients' requirements
