space into lettable commercial office space.
Removal of internal staircase, escalators and lifts installation of new curtain walling windows, mechanical and electrical services and full landlord Category ‘A’ fit-out.
Further works included installation of raised access floor, washroom blocks, suspended ceilings & drylining.
Complete refurbishment of the main reception area to a ‘Monteith Scott’ design.
Shop fit out of hair dressing salon to include full
relocation of business from within the building.
